Ugly Stupid Department

Man takes comical photo of lifeguard.  Cop demands he delete the photo because it includes swimsuited children.  Idiotic.

Then, man takes nighttime photos of police station.  Cops response:  shock and awe.  After repeated subsequent run-ins, he has vowed to fight back.  We may hope.
