Emily's early photos are divided into three segments, although deciding which photo falls within which segment was somewhat arbitrary.  To begin, there is an aggregate collection of photos from all three segments.

1. The aggregate collection of all photos, 1911-1928;
2. Infancy -- the first few years;
3. Childhood -- beginning where we see mature features in her face; and
4. Youth -- roughly 1921-28.
